Warranty Conditions

Dear Customer,

The Zebrany warranty is a full warranty offering you the following benefits:

Warranty period: 

1. 2 years from date of purchase.

2. 6 months for movable parts and consumables under normal 

ADVICE: ADVICE: Before returning the device, please contact our service hotline via e-mail. This enables us to provide assistance in the event of operator error.

To make a claim under the warranty, please send us:

• The faulty item in its entirety, including all component parts, the original receipt, and a properly completed warranty card.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by: 

• Accidents or unforeseeable events (e.g., lightning, water, fire).

• Inappropriate use or transportation.

• Failure to adhere to the manufacturer's safety and maintenance instructions.

• Additionally, the product may have been improperly treated or modified.

a) After the warranty period has expired, you may wish to have your product repaired on your own dime. You will be notified in advance of the repair costs.

b) This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary by state; however, this warranty is not intended to exceed the statutory minimum requirements set forth above.

c) This warranty is in addition to the seller's statutory obligations arising from implied warranties. Warranty periods may be extended only in accordance with applicable law.

d) Neither the service provider nor Zebrany will be liable for any data or settings stored on returned products.
